By booking Walker WanderWoofs, clients electronically accept the Terms and Conditions, Liability and Animal Waiver, and Data and Privacy Policy.
Services and client responsibilities
Walker WanderWoofs provides dog walking, drop-in visits, day trips, training, house sitting, home boarding, cat care, and Meet & Greet consultations in Austin. Clients must be authorized to act for each pet, disclose health and behavioral information, and provide secure equipment and property access.
Health, safety, and group care
Required vaccinations and freedom from contagious illness may be verified before group services. Day Trips and Home Boarding can include supervised dogs from other households. Known aggression, reactivity, escape tendencies, and medical needs must be disclosed.
Bookings, payment, and cancellations
Payment is generally required when booking. Current rates, surcharges, cancellation windows, credits, refunds, and any short-notice fee are shown in the booking flow and governed by the published cancellation policy.
Liability, privacy, and governing law
Pet care involves inherent risks. The full agreement covers assumption of risk, emergency veterinary authorization, indemnification, data handling, and optional media consent. Texas law applies, with disputes handled in Travis County.
