Information we collect and use
We collect contact, pet, veterinarian, emergency-contact, booking, property-access, vaccination, payment-reference, service GPS, and consented media information. We use it to provide and invoice services, send requested updates, handle emergencies, maintain safety records, and meet legal obligations.
Sharing and communications
We do not sell or rent personal information. Limited information is shared with service providers such as Stripe, Resend, and Twilio, veterinary professionals in emergencies, or authorities when legally required. SMS is opt-in; reply STOP to stop texts.
Retention, cookies, and security
Account deletion removes personal account data while financial and service audit records may be retained in anonymized form. GPS data from inactive sessions is removed after 90 days. Essential cookies support accounts and booking; optional first-party measurement requires consent. Payment cards are processed by Stripe and are not stored by Walker WanderWoofs.
Your privacy rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, marketing opt-out, or withdrawal of optional consent. California and Texas residents also have rights under CCPA/CPRA and TDPSA. Contact privacy@walkerwanderwoofs.com for a privacy request.
